Job Summary
Build server-side web technology stacks providing APIs for various products and integrations, while developing and enhancing back-end processing pipelines to support millions of concurrent users. Review and validate AI-generated outputs, critically evaluating results for accuracy, logic, and compliance before finalizing deliverables. Perform unit and integration testing, participate in weekly bug bash activities, and conduct peer code reviews to maintain high code quality. Collaborate with Product Analysts and engineers to build new features, enforce SCRUM/Agile practices, and propose new technologies.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BSc or above in Computer Science
- Must have worked with at least one server-side technology for developing web application such as ASP.NET OR Java Spring/Spring Boot OR NodeJS OR Python
- Have experience developing and designing API and Middle-ware for the web
- Proficient knowledge and in-depth understanding of underlying frameworks like .NET, Java, etc.
- Have experience and knowledge of designing scalable application
- Skilled in implementing design patterns and logic development
- 06-07 Years of relevant experience
- Can work independently and have a go-getter attitude
- Good English language verbal and writing communication skills
- Authorized to work legally
- The ideal candidate demonstrates strong business acumen, can translate objectives into impactful solutions, and is proficient in leveraging AI tools—including mandatory use of platforms like ChatGPT—to enhance efficiency
- An ownership mindset and the ability to drive outcomes with minimal task-level direction are essential
Desired Qualifications
- Have created an application using ASP.NET Core, libraries in .NET and Windows services
- Have worked on SignalR OR gRPC OR WebSockets
- Have worked with Azure OR AWS OR Google PaaS Services
- Have done system-level programming such as sockets, multi-threading, or designed distributed applications
- Have worked on video streaming technology or encoders/decoders
