Job Summary
Senior .NET Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend systems and APIs using C#/.NET, with cloud-native deployments on Azure. Key responsibilities include building microservices-based architectures, integrating Temporal workflows, and ensuring scalable, secure, and observable solutions. Collaboration across teams for design reviews, mentoring engineers, and driving engineering best practices. Required to work across Azure services (App Services, AKS, Blob Storage, SQL/NoSQL), RESTful/gRPC APIs, and distributed systems while optimizing for performance, availability, and cost. Flexible working format (remote or on-site) with a mandatory 13:00-22:00 EET window. Education reimbursement and other benefits are offered. The role emphasizes ownership of design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of backend features, with emphasis on migration/ orchestration using Temporal, cloud-native patterns, and mentorship of teammates.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience developing backend services and APIs in C#/.NET
- Experience with Azure services including App Services, AKS, Blob Storage, SQL/NoSQL Databases
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with the Temporal .NET SDK or other workflow orchestration/tools (e.g., Durable Functions, Step Functions, Apache Airflow)
- Strong understanding of designing and building scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-native applications
- Experience with designing and implementing RESTful or gRPC APIs
- Knowledge of data storage best practices, including security, availability, and compliance
- Availability to fully cover 13:00-22:00 EET working hours from Monday to Friday
