Job Summary
Design, estimate, and implement technical solutions for medium/high complexity applications while participating actively in all phases of the development lifecycle. Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, architecture, and priorities, and recommend IT industry standards such as DevOps. Lead adoption of AI tools and delivery methods, propose improvements, and escalate risks. Review team work, learn new technologies, and share knowledge within internal and external tech communities.
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in software development
- Strong understanding of different common programing paradigms (OOP, Functional, etc.)
- Strong familiarity with design/architectural patterns and clean code principles(e.g. SOLID, GoF, MVVM)
- Proficient in relevant programming languages, frameworks and tools such as C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, LINQ, Visual Studio, Azure Fundamentals
- Practical experience in platform specific database systems and SQL
- Good understanding of version control systems like Git or similar
- Solid experience with testing and mocking frameworks
- Familiar with common communication protocols and standards such as HTTP, REST, JSON, TCP/IP and others
- Experience with various AI tools and delivery improvement methods using these tools
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, KANBAN)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices
- Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
