Senior .NET Developer (USA Timezone)

Job Summary
Senior .NET Developer to design, build, and maintain a biotech platform including modules for storage, billing, and patient management. You will interact directly with customers to gather requirements, integrate DocuSign and payment systems (Stripe, Square), deploy on Microsoft Azure, and ensure performance, reliability, and scalability. Work closely with a small team of developers, QA, and project management; communicate within a US timezone. Preferred: React or similar frontend experience; biotech systems familiarity; startup or small-team background. Flexible, fully remote work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional .NET experience (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure deployment and management
- Familiarity with DocuSign and payment integrations (Stripe, Square)
- Strong backend development skills focused on performance and scalability
- Experience with RESTful APIs, database design (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar)
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile practices
- Ability to work remotely independently while collaborating effectively with the team
- Excellent communication skills
