Job Summary
Design, develop, and deploy complex, high-throughput backend services and APIs while ensuring best-in-class performance and maintainability. Establish a clear, ambitious long-term vision and technical roadmap for the evolution of backend systems, planning for future growth and driving the adoption of new technologies. Proactively identify and resolve technical debt before it impacts the business, while mentoring engineers to elevate technical expertise and quality across the organization. Influence engineering standards and best practices for testing, performance tuning, and security within different development teams. Work independently or collaboratively to deliver clean, robust code with thorough test coverage, decomposing complex problems and evaluating trade-offs between speed and stability.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional and proven proficiency in the .NET area
- extensive experience with C#
- .NET Core/5+
- related frameworks (e.g., ASP. NET Core, Entity Framework Core)
- Demonstrable architecting skills
- strong background in designing and implementing large-scale, distributed systems
- microservices
- event-driven architectures

- Expert knowledge of design patterns

- SOLID principles
- Extensive experience with at least one major cloud platform
