Job Summary
Develop and maintain web applications by translating UI wireframes into visual elements and integrating frontend and backend aspects. Create automated, scalable solutions with reusable code libraries using C#, ASP.NET, and TypeScript. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software while testing for responsiveness and efficiency. Monitor performance of deployed applications and support services within containerized environments on Azure. Proactively build efficiencies into the organization's technical capabilities and strategies. Work in-office daily in Sandton as part of a cross-functional team responsible for the full software development life cycle.
Required Qualifications
- Software development related certification or Tertiary degree in the relevant field
- 8+ Years of development experience using C# - ASP.NET APIs using .NET Framework, .NET Core, .NET6+
- 8+ Years of development experience using Typescript - Angular2+
- Use source control, primarily using git
- Understanding of design principles behind scalable applications and REST APIs
- Experience of writing unit tests and integration tests in projects using languages mentioned above
- Understand CI/CD processes and their automation
- Understanding of deployment into containerized environments, using Kubernetes and Azure cloud services
- Able to provide support for deployed application(s)/service(s) and monitor performance
