Senior .NET Developer - Banking and Capital Markets

Job Summary
Senior .NET Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade .NET applications for Banking and Capital Markets. You will work on trade capture, trade processing, risk analytics, reporting, and cross-asset solutions across Trading, Market Risk, Quants, Finance, and Operations. Responsibilities include designing and implementing high-performance, secure, and scalable .NET applications; participating in all phases of the development lifecycle; collaborating with business analysts, architects, developers, testers, and client stakeholders; promoting IT standards and practices (clean code, design patterns, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-ready engineering); proposing improvements and escalating risks; reviewing team work; continuous learning and contributing to tech communities. 6+ years of experience required; experience in Banking/Financial Services or Capital Markets is highly desirable; strong programming and architectural skills; excellent communication and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in .NET development
- Proficient in C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra or similar)
- Ability to design, build, and analyze complex SQL queries
- Experience with messaging/event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, MSMQ or similar)
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and integration patterns
- Experience with CI/CD, deployment tools, and container platforms (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or similar)
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
- Advanced English level mandatory
- Nice to have: Capital Markets domain familiarity, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), frontend (Angular/React/Blazor), Gen-AI tools in software engineering
