Job Summary
Senior .NET Developer role focused on Banking and Capital Markets. Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable .NET applications supporting trade capture, trade processing, risk analytics, reporting, and cross-asset workflows. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, testers, and client stakeholders across Trading, Market Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology. Promote clean code, design patterns, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud-ready engineering. Contribute across the full development lifecycle, review peers’ work, mentor, and participate in internal/external tech communities. Requires 6+ years of .NET experience; strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework; experience with SQL/NoSQL databases; understanding of trading workflows and Capital Markets concepts; experience with REST APIs, microservices, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift). Excellent communication and collaboration skills; advanced English. Hybrid work arrangement in Rosario, Argentina. Willingness to learn new technologies and contribute to architecture, patterns, and enterprise-grade software for financial services clients.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of .NET development experience
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework or similar
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra or similar)
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and integration patterns
- Experience with CI/CD, deployment tools, and container platforms (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Advanced English level mandatory
- Nice to have: Capital Markets tech experience, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), front-end tech (Angular, React, Blazor)
- Exposure to Gen-AI tools in software engineering, documentation, productivity, or data analysis
