Job Summary
Senior .NET Developer at Endava responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable .NET applications for Banking and Capital Markets. Develops enterprise-grade platforms covering trade capture, trade processing, risk analytics, reporting, and cross-asset workflows. Collaborates with stakeholders across Trading, Market Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology; advocates for clean code, design patterns, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-ready engineering; participates in internal/external tech communities; and continuously learns new technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in .NET development
- Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets environments is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and asynchronous programming concepts
- Proficient in C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, or similar technologies
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, or similar
- Ability to design, build, and analyze complex SQL queries
- Experience with messaging and event-driven systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, MSMQ, or similar
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and integration patterns
- Experience with CI/CD, deployment tools, and container platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or similar
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Advanced English level is mandatory
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
