Job Summary
Design, develop, unit test, and peer review new features for a federal mission system using ASP.NET, C#, SQL, and Angular. Define technical approaches, estimate effort, and leverage AI tools to accelerate design exploration, prototyping, code generation, and documentation. Build scalable, secure web applications while collaborating with business analysts, QA, and federal stakeholders to deliver against requirements. Participate in code reviews, apply secure coding practices, and stay current on AI-assisted development techniques. Requires Active Public Trust clearance, 5+ years of .NET/Angular experience, and fluency in using AI code assistants across the delivery lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Active Public Trust Clearance
- Bachelor's degree Technology, Business, or Related Field
- 5+ years of professional ASP.NET / C# back-end development with SQL databases
- 5+ years of professional Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript front-end development
- Experience with .NET Core / modern .NET (8+)
- Proven track record delivering new functionality in complex, workflow-driven enterprise systems
- AI Solutioning Skills
- Hands-on use of AI code assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, TabNine) in day-to-day development
- Ability to apply AI tools effectively across the delivery lifecycle — design, prototyping, code, testing, and documentation
- Sound judgment about where AI accelerates work and where human review and secure-coding discipline must govern the output
- Experience delivering on federal programs and working with government technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Azure (App Services, Functions, Key Vault) and cloud-native delivery
- Familiarity with Databricks
- Experience designing and building AI agents – systems that use LLMs to plan, make decisions, call tools, and complete multi-step tasks with minimal human intervention
- Strong grounding in OOP, SOLID, RESTful APIs, microservices, Git, and CI/CD
- Secure coding fluency: input validation (SQL injection, XSS), RBAC, MFA, OAuth/JWT, logging, and error handling
- Proficiency across the stack: T-SQL, TypeScript, Node.js, EF, LINQ, Bootstrap, Webpack
- Ability to pass multiple background and employment checks - federal and local
