Senior .NET AppDev Consultant

Job Summary
Partner directly with client teams to design, build, modernize, and support production software solutions using .NET, C#, Angular, and modern full-stack practices. Take ownership of technical work from discovery and design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support while collaborating on pair programming, code reviews, and establishing engineering practices like Test-Driven Development and CI/CD. Contribute to architectural decisions for APIs, event-driven systems, and cloud-native development, adapting quickly to unfamiliar codebases to improve maintainability and scalability. Communicate technical tradeoffs and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping clients build stronger engineering capabilities. This is a remote W2 position for eligible candidates residing in specific US states.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside within the United States
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be able to pass a background check
- 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience
- Strong expertise in .NET
- Strong expertise in C#
- Ability and desire to work across evolving technologies and technical environments
- Proficiency developing applications using Angular
- Strong understanding of components, services, modules, and related application architecture
- Full-stack development experience
- Background in event-driven architectures
- API development experience
- Experience building user-facing applications
- Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Automated testing best practices knowledge
