Job Summary
Senior Water Resource Engineer responsible for project management and design of irrigation and water resource engineering projects, NEPA permitting, engineering report writing, construction oversight/administration; must develop and maintain client relationships, market the firm, and drive project profitability. Requires demonstrated leadership of internal technical teams and coordination with suppliers, contractors, and clients; professional presence in industry organizations; able to manage scope, schedule, and budget across multiple infrastructure projects. Location flexibility includes Helena, Billings, Great Falls, Coeur d'Alene, Boise, Spokane with full-time in-person duties.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Engineering or related degree
- minimum 10+ years of experience in irrigation design and/or water resource related fields
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) license in MT, ID, and/or WA or ability to be licensed within six months
