Job Summary
Manage all imaging products within the National Accounts Sales Group by leading, motivating, and supporting account executives to achieve monthly sales revenue and quotas. Develop channel strategies to expand business with established and new partners, focusing on increasing shelf space and market share at major retailers like Walmart, Target, and Costco. Collaborate with senior management to drive short- and long-term initiatives, while working across teams to maximize synergies and manage group deadlines and budgets. This role requires 50% nationwide travel, overnight trips, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 9 years of related experience
- management of 2 or more regular full-time employees
- Sales Management experience
- knowledge of National Accounts
- Sales experience into national big box retailers (i.e. Walmart, Target, Costco, etc.)
- In depth process knowledge to effectively and efficiently manage National Accounts
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- self-motivated
- capable of prioritizing and performing multiple tasks
