Senior National Account Manager - Elizabeth Arden

Own assigned digital customers, delivering retail sales, net sales, profit, and market share targets. Develop and execute Joint Business Plans, strategic account plans, and growth initiatives aligned to customer priorities. Lead commercial negotiations across trading terms, promotional plans, and investment priorities. Build strong customer relationships, lead business reviews, and drive performance across key trading events including Prime Day, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday. Partner with Ecommerce, Retail Media, and Brand teams to optimize digital shelf performance, visibility, and conversion. Lead digital launch execution across key retail partners, ensuring strong availability and activation. Support the development of direct reports through coaching, clear objective setting, and regular feedback. Build strong cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning teams to deliver business objectives. This role is Hybrid: employees work from the London office three days per week and remotely the remaining days.
