Job Summary
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with retail Buying, Merchandising, and Marketing teams across the EU region. Conduct commercial negotiations on terms, pricing, distribution, and online real estate to drive #1 category rankings. Fully accountable for net and retail sales forecasting, inventory management, and P&L oversight for assigned accounts. Collaborate with Operational Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Digital to deliver annual retailer activation plans and onboarding strategies for new trading partners. Coach and lead the EU Commercial team while supporting key decision-making and strategy execution.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive and demonstrable experience as a Senior National Account Manager / National Account Manager
- ideally within beauty/luxury/fashion industry
