Senior Municipal Water and Wastewater Project Manager

Job Summary
Support proposal efforts at all levels, develop client/project capture plans, and participate in project scoping activities and proposal presentations. Build strong relationships with key clients, teaming partners, and stakeholders to nurture existing accounts and identify new business opportunities. Continuously interact with clients to assure satisfaction, proactively address service issues, and successfully manage technical task teams for water/wastewater infrastructure delivery. Engage in industry groups, committees, and board governance while maintaining CRM activities and mitigating project risks. This role requires client and project travel in the Eastern PA, NY, and NJ region, with a hybrid work schedule based in Hamilton, New Providence, Allentown, or Philadelphia.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related high-level client management experience
- 10-15 years of total professional and project management experience in consulting engineering firm or related service
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field
- Professional registration (PE) in New Jersey
- ability to obtain licenses in PA, NY and other states if requested
- Proven business development and project management experience in water/wastewater/municipal infrastructure with design consulting firms
- Business acumen related to project management, portfolio financials and risk management
- Use of Deltek or the like CRM software
- experience as an account representative/client account manager
- experience as a technical and overall project manager for water/wastewater/municipal engineering infrastructure in the public and private infrastructure owner space
