Senior Multimedia Designer (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Job Summary
Create high-quality visual designs and multimedia content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and client campaigns. Produce motion graphics, video content, and animations that align with branding and campaign objectives while interrogating briefs to strengthen creative outputs. Collaborate with senior creatives and cross-disciplinary teams to support large campaigns and new business opportunities, developing strong communication skills to present design concepts to clients. Design effective social content informed by platform trends, strategy, and performance, utilizing Adobe suites and Microsoft Office. Work to a schedule, prioritizing tasks and remaining calm under pressure to deliver the best work that improves client business.
Required Qualifications
- Full understanding of Adobe suites (photoshop illustrator InDesign, aftereffects and premier)
- Technical understanding of current and emerging social media platforms
- Ability to design in PPT and across Microsoft office suite
- Work to a schedule, be able to prioritize, remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience with managing small projects/retainers in partnership with agency teams
- Previous experience in developing and presenting key visuals, design directions or small campaigns with limited guidance from Art Directors or Senior Art Directors
- Ability to understand and design social content, with a firm understanding of social media trends, strategy, and effectiveness
