Job Summary
Manage end-to-end training coordination including scheduling, enrollment, logistics, and execution for global clients across EMEA, APAC, and NAM regions. Support multilingual training delivery while acting as the primary point of contact for clients, trainers, and internal stakeholders. Handle learner communications, queries, and escalations, and coordinate with vendors and delivery teams for smooth program execution. Manage LMS activities such as course setup, enrollments, tracking, and reporting, alongside preparing dashboards and training metrics. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and learner experience. Requires 4 to 6 years of experience in training coordination or learning operations, with multilingual capabilities and proficiency in LMS platforms and MS Excel/PowerPoint.
