Job Summary
Define and lead innovative audio-visual concepts, overseeing delivery across squeeze-backs, videos, LED content, and motion assets aligned to corporate identity guidelines. Drive excellence in AV craft by developing fresh, original proactive work beyond the brief and maintaining a high creative standard. Collaborate with Studio Leads, marketing, and agencies to ideate brand experiences, ensure brand consistency, and share learnings on industry developments and AI tools. Use performance metrics to evaluate creative effectiveness, improve solutions, and support informed decision-making while supporting the Head of Design in rolling out strategic plans and providing feedback on team performance.
