Senior Multi-Clinic Manager

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of three high-volume, multi-provider clinics in Austin, Houston, and San Antonio, managing 25+ employees and 2–5 providers while ensuring efficient patient flow and service quality. Provide direct leadership to front office and clinical back-office teams, coaching staff to promote accountability and continuous improvement. Manage site-level financial performance through budgeting, expense monitoring, and revenue optimization, analyzing productivity metrics to drive operational decisions. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA, OSHA, and CMS, leading quality improvement initiatives and conducting routine audits of workflows and documentation. Serve as the senior point of contact for patient escalations and address employee relations issues, fostering a positive culture where patients feel valued and employees feel supported. Travel approximately 50% of the time between clinic locations and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives and standardization efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in primary care practice management
- Experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced clinical environments
- Demonstrated success in improving operational performance, managing budgets, and achieving key metrics
- Experience in multi-provider or multi-site healthcare settings
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and practice management software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to travel between clinic locations as needed (up to 50%)
