Senior MuleSoft Integration & Production Support Lead - Remote US Position

Job Summary
Provide hands-on MuleSoft development, troubleshooting, and production support while serving as the technical lead for developers, offshore teams, vendors, and client resources. Lead the design, testing, deployment, and monitoring of enterprise APIs, driving root cause analysis for Sev1/Sev2 incidents and establishing standards for logging, security, and deployment governance. Review code, perform release readiness assessments, and maintain runbooks and integration inventories to reduce technical debt and improve operational stability. Participate in scheduled on-call rotations and maintenance windows. US Citizen or Greencard holder required. Starting pay range $123,525 to $205,875.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen / Greencard holder
- 8+ years of enterprise application development, systems integration, or enterprise technology delivery
- 5+ years of hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform experience
- 3+ years leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and performing code/design reviews
- 3+ years experience with ServiceNow, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, DataWeave 2.x, RAML/OpenAPI, AWS, OCI
- 3+ years experience with API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange, CloudHub 2.0 and/or Runtime Fabric, CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps/Jenkins/GitHub Actions
- 3+ years experience supporting production environments including monitoring, performance tuning, deployment governance, release validation, and RCA
- 3+ years experience with OAuth, JWT, Mutual TLS, API security policies, secrets and certificate management
Desired Qualifications
- Public sector or managed services environment experience
- ITIL, DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics
- MuleSoft Developer Level 1
- MuleSoft Level 2
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
