Senior MSL - Mid West(Multiple Territories)

Identify, develop, and maintain trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, clinical investigators, and policy influencers across the psychiatry portfolio. Serve as the primary medical resource in the field to deliver accurate scientific information, support scientific education at conferences and advisory boards, and gather field insights to inform internal strategy. Provide clinical input to cross-functional teams, respond to unsolicited medical requests, and monitor the competitor landscape while ensuring all interactions comply with regulatory guidelines. Represent the company at government affairs forums, advocate for mental health policy, and collaborate on creating educational materials for policymakers and advocacy groups. Partner with leadership to develop core training programs, design field engagement resources, and establish best practices for KOL management. This role requires a deep understanding of psychiatric disorders and the ability to interpret complex data, with a starting base pay of $225,560 to $255,000 and up to 60% travel.
