Job Summary
Spearhead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central techno-functional implementations, including gathering requirements, conducting workshops, and configuring Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory modules. Design AL extensions, customizations, and upgrade activities while supporting integrations via APIs, web services, and Azure tools. Lead UAT, testing, training, and post-go-live support, alongside data migration strategy and ERP best-practice recommendations. Provide functional and technical documentation, process flows, and system performance optimization. Complete a 30-minute virtual alignment call, Castille Vetting, and a client interview for this 6-month remote project (CET ± 3 hours).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Techno-Functional Consultant
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV
- Strong understanding of ERP processes including: Finance & Accounting, Purchasing & Sales, Inventory & Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Operations
- Experience with API integrations, web services, and system integration design
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Strong experience in ERP implementation lifecycle projects
- Ability to translate business requirements into both functional and technical solutions
- Fluent English communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AL language and Business Central extensions (preferred)
- Exposure to Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management) is a plus
- Experience working in consultancy or Microsoft partner environments is advantageous
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
