Job Summary
Senior Move Specialist Team Lead is responsible for packing, organizing, and downsizing client belongings, unpacking and setting up new homes, and providing compassionate, professional service in client homes. The role requires hands-on service in client homes, collaboration with a team to complete move projects, and strong customer service and organizational skills. Schedule is part-time with flexible shifts (2–8 hours) in Naples, FL, at $20 per hour. The position emphasizes meaningful, hands-on work supporting life transitions and opportunities for future seasonal roles.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in moving, relocation, senior living, or hands-on service roles preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working in client homes and interacting with clients
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
