Senior Motion Graphics Designer / Animator, AV

Design and animate high-end motion graphics in After Effects and Cinema 4D (including Redshift workflows) for theatrical and streaming campaigns. Own complex shots involving VFX, roto, tracking, and 3D from concept through final delivery while maintaining consistency across evolving editorial cuts and campaign versions. Partner with creative directors and producers on timelines, creative intent, and delivery, proactively anticipating and solving creative and technical challenges. Mentor junior artists to elevate team output while staying ahead of emerging motion design trends and tools. Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously within a fast-moving production environment.
