Job Summary
Collaborate with the design team to develop project concepts and visual strategies, transforming raw footage and user-generated content into polished, conversion-focused brand narratives. Create high-quality 2D animations, character animations, and storyboards for narrative-driven projects, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite to produce kinetic typography and dynamic layouts optimized for social, web, and display platforms. Ensure motion outputs maintain strong performance and brand consistency across various formats while managing time effectively for this fully remote role with competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- significant proven design experience
- strong portfolio showcasing animations, explainer videos, social ads, and performance-driven content
- Proficient with design software and technologies (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc)
- Strong understanding of social media video formats and conversion-focused creatives
- Has a keen eye for aesthetics and detail
- excellent communication and time management skills
- strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- flexibility with working hours
Desired Qualifications
- Previous startup and/or design agency experience
- Experience producing paid social ads or performance marketing creatives
- Experience handling motion projects for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives
- Experience creating HTML5 banner ads
- Familiarity with Lottie (JSON) animations for web/app integration
- Experience producing optimized GIFs and interactive motion assets that bridge static UI/UX with dynamic elements
