Senior Mortgage Operations & Credit Manager

Senior Mortgage Operations & Credit Manager responsible for end-to-end mortgage and lending workflow, from enquiry through settlement, including evaluating lending scenarios, managing lender relationships, driving applications through the pipeline, and ensuring momentum across multiple files. The role emphasizes ownership of complex mortgage cases, leadership of administrative support staff, and ongoing improvements to SOPs and workflows. Key activities include credit analysis, deal assessment, serviceability calculations, lender communication, and coordinating with clients, brokers, and banks. The position requires experience with Australian lending practices, strong organizational and pipeline management skills, and proficiency with Infynity CRM, loan aggregators (Finsure), Trello, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, and AI productivity tools.
