Job Summary
Build and maintain strong relationships with homebuyers, referral partners, and real estate professionals to grow your business. Consult with borrowers to understand financing goals and structure loans using conventional, government, jumbo, Non-QM, and specialty products. Guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing while partnering with dedicated LOA and in-house processing teams. Stay current on lending guidelines, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Requires an active NMLS license and proven success originating residential mortgage loans. Required Qualifications
- Senior Loan Officer will have an active NMLS license
- Proven success originating residential mortgage loans
- Existing referral relationships or the desire to actively build a strong pipeline
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines
- Ability to work independently while leveraging the support of an experienced operations team
