Job Summary
Build and maintain strong relationships with homebuyers, referral partners, and real estate professionals while consulting borrowers to understand financing goals and recommend the best mortgage solutions. Structure loans using a broad range of conventional, government, jumbo, Non-QM, and specialty products, then guide clients through the process from application to closing. Partner with dedicated LOA and in-house processing teams to deliver an exceptional client experience, growing your business through referrals and networking. Stay current on lending guidelines, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Requires an active NMLS license and proven success originating residential loans. Required Qualifications
- Active NMLS license
- Proven success originating residential mortgage loans
- Existing referral relationships or the desire to actively build a strong pipeline

- Ability to work independently while leveraging the support of an experienced operations team
