Job Summary
Build and maintain strong relationships with homebuyers, referral partners, and real estate professionals while consulting borrowers to understand financing goals and recommend the best mortgage solutions. Structure loans using a broad range of conventional, government, jumbo, Non-QM, and specialty products, then guide borrowers through the entire process from application through closing. Partner with a dedicated Loan Officer Assistant and in-house processing team to deliver an exceptional client experience, simultaneously growing your business through referrals, networking, and company-generated opportunities. Stay current on lending guidelines, market trends, and regulatory requirements. This role requires an active NMLS license and proven success originating residential mortgage loans.
Required Qualifications
- Active NMLS license
- Proven success originating residential mortgage loans
- Existing referral relationships or the desire to actively build a strong pipeline
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines
- Ability to work independently while leveraging the support of an experienced operations team
