Job Summary
Build and maintain strong relationships with homebuyers, referral partners, and real estate professionals. Consult with borrowers to understand financing goals and recommend the best mortgage solutions, structuring loans across conventional, government, jumbo, Non-QM, and specialty products. Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application through closing while partnering with dedicated LOA and in-house processing teams. Grow your business through referrals, networking, and company-generated opportunities while staying current on lending guidelines and regulatory requirements. This role requires an active NMLS license and proven success originating residential mortgage loans.
Required Qualifications
- Senior Loan Officer will have an active NMLS license
- Proven success originating residential mortgage loans
- Existing referral relationships or the desire to actively build a strong pipeline
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines
- Ability to work independently while leveraging the support of an experienced operations team
