Senior Mortgage Loan Officer - Outside Sales

Job Summary
Develop and expand referral sources outside Fulton Bank to solicit first mortgages from realtors, builders, attorneys, and accountants. Collect and analyze applicant financial information to determine loan qualification, interview customers, and recommend terms that meet their specific needs while advising on risks and benefits. Perform work related to originated loans by obtaining credit data, following current loans for compliance, completing paperwork, and communicating with applicable parties. Maintain regular contact with external centers of influence at offices and on-site events to build relationships and generate origination volume.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4 or more years recent residential mortgage lending experience
- experience in the local market
- 4 or more years proven ability to develop referral sources from contacts and relationships outside the organization
- NMLS registration
