Job Summary
Drive sales growth and market share by promoting Medtronic's Respiratory & Monitoring Solutions portfolio to key clinical leaders in ICU, General Care Floors, and Procedural Sedation departments. Actively develop your territory through effective management and selling skills while planning and executing work to achieve or exceed sales targets. Serve as the product expert by providing education and training to all clinical end users and hospital staff, and gather market intelligence to develop new business opportunities. Establish and foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders, ensuring timely follow-up and prompt resolution to customer and patient technical and product issues, including after-hours support. Manage territory planning, organization, and administration alongside accurate expense planning and control. This remote role requires residing within the San Antonio or Austin territory and driving to multiple accounts; a valid driver's license is essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND at least 8+ years of field sales experience
- Associate's Degree AND at least 6+ years of field sales experience
- Bachelor's Degree AND at least 4+ years of field sales experience
- Valid driver's license
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
- Reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region

- Clinical experience or background selling clinically
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders

- Driven, self-motivated individual who can work well autonomously
