Senior Money Market Analyst

Job Summary
Confirm and settle all money market trades in accordance with bank rules, standing orders, and local regulatory requirements. Conduct daily intra and EOD checks, identifying and escalating outstanding issues as appropriate. Complete all daily processing and settlement tasks for the team while maintaining accurate books and records. Prepare monthly attestation reports for PEGA and ESOD, and seek opportunities to mitigate risks and create operational efficiencies. Provide relief support and perform other duties assigned across the team functions. This role supports pre and post trade deal processing for the RBC Capital Markets Money Markets business, ensuring a seamless client experience and adherence to market best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Basic working knowledge in SWIFT
- Real Time Payment Systems
- International Settlement Rules
- Industry codes and best practices
- Basic understanding of operational risk
- impacts and preventative control framework
- Minimum of 1-3 years in a financial services role
- Ability to perform analysis of business processes
- Ability to work on Statutory Holidays
