Job Summary
Senior Mobility Specialist within the Onboarding and Mobility team at Remote. Responsible for guiding immigration processes, visa/work permit applications, and business travel sponsorship cases; coordinating relocation and immigration services to support global talent deployment; mentoring Mobility Specialists and Coordinators; monitoring dashboards and SLAs; contributing to documentation and training for new offerings; and building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders while ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance across borders.
Required Qualifications
- An immigration lawyer licensed to practice in Germany
- Extensive experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles in immigration
- An in-depth understanding of immigration and typical processes involved in immigration compliance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Previous experience in the tech industry or a hyper-growth and scaling environment is ideal
- Writes and speaks fluent English; additional languages are a plus
- Experience working remotely is a plus
- Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency
