Job Summary
Monitor assigned cases through case management and billing systems while analyzing, preparing, and submitting visa/work permit applications. Provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery, counsel on travel needs, and serve as a point of contact for sponsorship cases. Take ownership of senior-level escalations, assist leadership in large project management, and independently maintain immigration law to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance. Mentor Mobility Specialists and Coordinators, actively contribute to training documentation, and establish in-house immigration services to drive revenue and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- An immigration lawyer licensed to practice in Germany
- Extensive experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles in immigration
- An in-depth understanding of immigration and typical processes involved in immigration compliance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Writes and speaks fluent English
- Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency
