Senior Mobile Expert

Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs and resolves pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools. Completes ongoing training to maintain current knowledge and act as a subject matter expert in all T-Mobile areas. Consistently leverages digital tools during interactions and onboarding while working collaboratively to build a culture of sales and service. Requires high school diploma, 12+ months of retail experience, and strong communication and multitasking skills. Hourly base pay is $32.00 with an annualized incentive target of $7,200, totaling a guaranteed $20/hour.
