Job Summary
Design and implement the mobile automation framework from scratch, building and maintaining automated regression test suites for iOS and Android applications. Execute manual and automated testing across mobile apps, APIs, backend services, and integrated systems while planning, reporting, and managing defects in an Agile environment. Collaborate closely with developers to deliver high-quality releases and expand the automated test suite. This role supports the ICA Retail App, used by millions of loyalty members for shopping lists and member services, within a long-term partnership structure.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of professional software testing experience
- Strong experience with mobile test automation
- Hands-on experience with Appium
- Experience testing mobile applications (iOS and Android)
- Experience testing APIs and backend services
- Good understanding of SQL and database validation
- Experience with automated regression testing
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent English communication skills
- On-site in Sarajevo
- Planned start date in September 2026
