Job Summary
Design, govern, enhance, and maintain the AI tech stack to support production-grade foundation models and applications. Establish evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails to ensure measurable performance, quality, and safety. Guide users across the Data & AI Team and the broader business in utilizing the tech stack and adhering to best practices. This role reports to the Senior Director AI Operations and Commercial within the Data & AI Team in Cambridge as an on-site position.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to design, deploy, and operate production-grade AI systems with focus on reliability, scalability, and performance
- Cloud and infrastructure platforms and tools, including deployment, containerization, and CI/CD practices
- Monitoring and observability tools, multi-agent orchestration tools, monorepo technologies
- Strong inter-personal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business problems into technical solutions
- On-site role in Cambridge
