Senior ML Platform Engineer

Senior ML Platform Engineer to architect multi-cloud ML training infrastructure, optimize distributed training workloads, and build Agentic AI tooling. The role involves designing multi-cloud architectures to improve GPU availability, profiling and optimizing distributed training (PyTorch/DDP), reducing data loading/memory/network bottlenecks, and driving the continuous development of core ML infra using Kubernetes. You will collaborate with ML researchers and data scientists to understand needs, mentor junior engineers, and promote engineering excellence, reliability, and high-code quality across the platform. Bonus points for ML model profiling/optimization, experience with GPUs at scale, and familiarity with PyTorch, Ray, and Agentic AI systems.
