Create designs around ADCs, DACs, and signal conditioning for sensor interfaces including temperature, light, audio, and LED drivers. Own power sequencing and EMC-aware analog design while bringing rigor to design reviews and setting analog/EMC practices. Characterize analog performance in the lab regarding noise, bandwidth, and accuracy. This role reports to the Director, Electrical Engineering on the Hardware team within DoorDash Labs, focusing on autonomous delivery robots and control boards.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong mixed-signal and precision-analog design background
  • Instrumentation, telemetry, current-source, and power-amplifier design
  • ADC/DAC and signal-conditioning design
  • Sensor front-ends (temp/light/audio) and LED drivers
  • EMC/EMI-aware design and mitigation experience
  • Experience characterizing analog performance in the lab (noise, bandwidth, accuracy)
