Job Summary
Assess damaged properties to determine salvageable materials, then perform water mitigation, fire/smoke cleanup, mold remediation, and demolition services per IICRC standards. Set up and monitor drying equipment, extract debris, and sanitize restored sites while documenting progress through photos and moisture readings. Supervise laborers on large projects exceeding $100k, communicate daily status to customers, and operate company vehicles safely. Maintain equipment, manage site containment to prevent cross-contamination, and participate in required training and safety meetings.
