Senior Mitigation Technician

Senior Mitigation Technician responsible for managing and completing jobs according to PuroClean® processes per work order, responding to service calls, setting up efficient job flow, coordinating requirements, supervising production work, enforcing safety procedures, and maintaining customer relationships. Includes performing and supervising production tasks, documenting work, conducting add-on sales, and communicating with commercial, insurance, and residential customers. Emphasis on coaching and training production staff, overseeing preventative maintenance of vehicles/equipment, and ensuring high-quality service to meet customer needs. Travel locally or out of state as necessary. Strong focus on organization, documentation, and adherence to Brand Identity guidelines.
