Job Summary
Lead the MIS team to develop, implement, and optimize global information systems while translating user requirements into database and software application designs. Create project plans, define objectives and metrics, and identify root causes to drive process improvements rather than only fixing issues. Resolve customer support concerns, set up team training, and evaluate emerging technologies to recommend automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and manage vendor relationships. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years managing MIS teams, and 7+ years in ERP/MRP database design with SAP S/4 HANA and SQL Server expertise. Annual salary $145,000–$175,000; eligible to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar professional field
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing MIS or software teams
- Minimum 7 years of experience in database application design and/or implementation for ERP/MRP systems
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and Microsoft SQL Server Database
- Eligible to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Peoplesoft is a plus
