Job Summary
Senior Military Instructor serves as the senior leader responsible for oversight, development, accountability, and daily management of the Corps of Cadets; ensures execution of military structure, cadet discipline, leadership development, and accountability systems; develops and enforces standards promoting discipline, personal responsibility, character development, and leadership growth; oversees cadet conduct, military training, coaching, counseling, and mentorship programs; designs and coordinates cadet leadership development programs and evaluations; maintains good order and discipline and ensures cadet routines, ceremonies, inspections, and traditions are executed effectively; requires a Bachelor's degree and 5–10 years of leadership experience in military/educational environments; strong leadership, mentorship, and counseling capabilities with the ability to operate in a disciplined, mission-focused setting; may involve evening/weekend responsibilities and collaboration with academic, student affairs, athletics, enrollment, and operations teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in leadership, military science, education, criminal justice, or related field
- 5–10 years of leadership experience in military, educational, or structured leadership environments
- Demonstrated experience leading personnel, enforcing standards, and developing College Cadets
