Job Summary
Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 migration projects (tenant-to-tenant, Google Workspace to M365), using Quest On-Demand and BitTitan; deliver designs and build docs; provide hands-on support on enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms; collaborate with business leaders, architects, IT teams, and third-party partners to ensure solutions align with governance standards and organizational strategy; produce high- and low-level designs, build documentation, application handover, and disaster recovery documentation; showcase strong communication and stakeholder management to drive successful migrations.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 migrations (tenant-to-tenant and G-Suite to M365)
- strong working knowledge of migration tools such as Quest On-Demand and BitTitan (or Sharegate)
- solid expertise in Microsoft technologies including M365 and Azure
- ability to architect and implement solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels
- proactive, collaborative approach and ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
