Senior Middleware Administrator

Job Summary
Administer, maintain, and support enterprise middleware platforms including Redis, RabbitMQ, Citrix XenApp, Apache Tomcat, and Azure Service Bus environments. Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution across Windows and Linux servers while monitoring system health and applying security patches to minimize downtime. Collaborate with Infrastructure, Development, DevOps, and Support teams to resolve complex technical issues and develop operational procedures. Participate in incident response and production support as required. Requires 7+ years of experience with middleware administration, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in scripting and log analysis.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience administering enterprise middleware platforms and third-party applications
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Hands-on experience with Redis Administration
- Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ Administration
- Hands-on experience with Citrix XenApp Administration
- Hands-on experience with Apache Tomcat Administration
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server Administration
- Hands-on experience with Linux Server Administration
- Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus Administration
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) patching
- PowerShell scripting experience
- Experience administering WordPress or managing LAMP environments
- IIS Administration
- Elastic Stack administration, monitoring, and reporting
- Experience with JSCAPE or other Secure File Transfer (SFTP) platforms
