Job Summary
Senior and Mid-Level Developers to join a newly formed team focused on evolving our proprietary fulfillment platform for logistics in the Netherlands. Responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and enhancing backend services and APIs for order processing, inventory, and warehouse workflows; building responsive UI for internal operations and partners; writing clean, testable code; conducting deep-dive reviews; identifying bottlenecks and refactoring legacy components; staying ahead with new technologies to keep the platform world-class. Requirements include strong PHP experience (Laravel/Symfony), relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and SQL, Git and CI/CD, frontend tech (HTML/CSS/JS), ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, and fluency in English and Dutch. Remote-First within the Netherlands with occasional travel for team meetups. 40 hour work week; salary €60,000–€85,000 gross per year; growth-focused environment; anonymised CV screening in hiring process; English applications preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Senior or Mid-Level Software Developers
- Proficiency in PHP with Laravel or Symfony
- Relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL
- Version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows
- Front-end tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern UI development
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) a plus
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-growth environment
- Experience building backend services and APIs, and frontend interfaces for internal/external users
- Experience with scalable, reliable systems and code reviews
- Experience in logistics/e-commerce/fulfilment domains is desirable
