Job Summary
Design, implement, and administer Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) infrastructure for large-scale Windows environments. Manage primary sites, distribution points, and cloud management gateways while monitoring system health and capacity. Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications, automate software lifecycle management, and troubleshoot deployment failures. Coordinate monthly patch cycles, enforce compliance metrics, and integrate security baselines with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and create custom reports using SSRS or Power BI. Provide Tier III support, mentor junior engineers, and maintain technical documentation. Work closely with cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure teams to address vulnerabilities and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of Microsoft systems engineering experience
- 5+ years of hands-on MECM/SCCM administration in enterprise environments
- Experience supporting 5,000+ managed endpoints preferred
- Proven experience with Windows client management and operating system deployment
- Experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Intune and co-management
- Must be a U.S. citizen and ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
- Ability to work on-site full-time
- Must be capable of managing multiple efforts with time-related constraints in a fast-paced contracting environment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups and individuals
- Good problem-solving skills; ability to visualize a problem/situation and think abstractly to solve it

- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Experience supporting 5,000+ managed endpoints
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, and experience working in a home office setting, as well as the ability to train end users on frequently asked technical issues
- Ability to provide technical assistance and support over the phone; good phone skills, professional demeanor, and previous customer service experience strongly desired
