Job Summary
Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID services while managing tenant governance, identity access, and security compliance. Lead implementation of cloud modernization projects including Windows Server migrations, SQL Server upgrades, and backup initiatives. Partner with the VP of Digital & Technology and infrastructure teams to deliver security frameworks aligned with NIST standards. Provide technical guidance to IT staff, conduct architecture reviews, and document best practices across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting Microsoft enterprise environments
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure administration
- Experience with Entra ID, identity management, and Microsoft security technologies
- Working knowledge of SQL Server administration
- Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project execution skills
